ERM Counter Report Conversion tool

This site provides a way to convert Electronic Resource Management statistics files, from a comma separated format (*.csv files) OR tab separated (*.tsv) to an xml format that can be imported into a library's ERM statistics system.

Currently this program is coded to handle Journal Report 1 (R3,R4) And Database Report 1 usage reports.

Due to some difficulties users experienced with uploading the xml files and the first two lines identifying the doctype, those have been removed from generated output. Plase see the contact information at the bottom if you experience further difficulties

Step 1

Choose the file to upload. It must be a csv file of the proper format.
